54% Chardonnay and 46% Pinot Noir from Macedon, Henty and the Pyrenees . Both tank and barrel fermented batches are carefully assembled, fermented and aged in bottle on yeast for over three years.

Crafted using wild yeast fermentation and matured in premium French oak hogsheads on full juice solids, this Sauvignon Blanc from Pyrenees, Victoria, Australia boasts a magnificent complexity, length, texture, and zing. Bursting with ripe grapefruit and passionfruit notes, the wine features a unique struck-match aroma from the wild fermentation process, as well as Fumé-style reductive complexity that adds to its allure.

Our third cool climate Chardonnay release from the Wightwick vineyard, situated 500 meters above sea level just to the North of Ballarat. This is an elegant and refined style, with white nectarine and lemon curd notes. Soft and creamy on the palate, with a long, slightly chalky phenolic grip, and tangy acid tail. Fresh, crisp and savoury Rosé., made in the french Rhone style. Pinot Meunier and Sangiovese Rose are two different styles of rosé wines, with Pinot Meunier featuring a delicate and fruity profile, and Sangiovese Rose offering a more robust and savory taste. They work perfectly in this Rosé blend.

Sourced from the undulating slopes around Moonambel in the Pyrenees, the Sangiovese grapes are carefully selected and undergo simple open-top fermentation with light tannin extraction to preserve the vibrant fruit characters. After 9 months of maturation in old French oak hogsheads, the 2021 Sangiovese showcases a delightful combination of spicy black cherry fruit and savoury dark chocolate notes for which the variety is renowned. This wine is not only great for drinking now but can also be cellared for the next 5 to 10 years for further development of its complex flavours.

From the Wightwick vineyard at Invermay in Ballarat. Ripe and lush bouquet of bright red cherry and blood plum fruits. A hint of stemmy spice and crunch, medium plus bodied with lingering earthy mushroom and sweet spices. Gently handled with 25% whole bunches and wild yeast fermentation. Matured in French oak barriques. The concentrated red fruit notes and flavours reflect the low yielding and mild 2021 vintage.

The 2021 vintage of this exceptional wine features a delicious blend of 30% whole bunches and 3% Viognier, along with wild yeast fermentation that results in a delightful cool stem and black spice complexity on both the nose and palate. After being matured for 12 months in older French oak barrels, the wine develops a fine savoury edge that complements the vibrant and concentrated red and blue fruit notes from the vineyard. Crafted by winemaker John Harris, this wine can be savoured now or aged for over 10 years to further enhance its already impressive flavours.
