How does the seating work?
Dining and Cellar Door represents the main bar and outdoor dining space.
Outdoor seating is only allocated in Ballarat sunshine!

Credit card details are required to confirm your booking, please communicate via email bookings@mitchellharris.com.au any change in booked numbers or cancellations. Four hours notice is required to avoid a $50 per person charge taken from the nominated card.

Whole bunch pressed and wild yeast fermented in French Oak

Experience the elegant and refined taste of this cool climate Chardonnay, sourced from the Wightwick vineyard situated 500 meters above sea level just to the North of Ballarat. This wine boasts notes of white nectarine and lemon curd, and its soft and creamy texture makes it a truly indulgent experience. On the palate, a long, slightly chalky phenolic grip and tangy acid tail are expertly balanced with subtle toast and spice notes, courtesy of its maturation in French oak hogsheads, 50% of which are new.
