Pinot Meunier and Sangiovese are two distinct and exceptional rosé wines, each with its own unique flavour profile. The delicate and fruity notes of Pinot Meunier are complemented by the more robust and savoury taste of Sangiovese Rose. Fermented separately using wild yeast in 6-10 year old French oak barriques and hogsheads, and matured on lees for 5 months prior to bottling, this sublime blend of Pinot Meunier and Sangiovese Rose creates an exceptional and truly unique rosé wine.
