The perfect medium bodied, juicy, red wine.
Grown on the undulating slopes around Moonambel in the Pyrenees, the Sangiovese fruit undergoes simple open top fermentation with light tannin extraction to maximise vibrant fruit characters. Matured in old French oak hogsheads for 6 months, the 2021 Sangiovese displays fresh and spicy black cherry fruit and savoury dark chocolate for which the variety is famous. Great drinking now & over the next 5 years. John Harris – Winemaker

On the 2020 Sangiovese - Fermentation and maturation in old French oak hogsheads. Talk about vibrant! From the iridescent purple colour to the cheerful aromas and flavours of crushed summer red cherries, raspberries, anise, wet leaves and wild herbs, the drinker is transported. This is one happy, fruit-filled, peppery, tangy, juicy sangiovese. 92 Points
