Shimmering rose gold, fine, complex, crisp and refreshingly dry.
A splash of Ballarat Pinot Noir at dosage lends a burst of colour and expands the palate in all directions.
Pale pink colour with a shy, elusive yet definitely strawberry-scented aroma. A light sprinkling of herbs, too. The palate is light and crisp, dry and mouth-puckering, with lively acidity and refreshing aftertaste that leaves you looking for some food. Nice creamy texture yet dry on the finish. Plenty of energy. A very fine style of rosé, which could take some more age to advantage.
