Tasting
Notes

Bursting with chocolate, mint and black currants.

Gentle west facing exposure and red/brown, rocky, free-draining soils, provides ideal ripening conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Matured in French oak hogsheads (50% new) for 12 months, there is cassis, dark chocolate, mint, and fine chalky tannins providing a long and persistent finish. A classic Pyrenees Cabernet to enjoy now to 10+ years. John Harris – Winemaker.

Refreshing cabernet with mouth-watering flavours of boysenberry, blackcurrant, tobacco and earth, all drawn together by a gentle veneer of vanillin oak. This is a medium-weight wine with a spring to its step. Its freshness makes it fun/easy to enjoy now but it will no doubt develop well. 92 Points - Silver
